COVER MATERIAL

ECOtanka Kooler Covers are made from a high-grade Neoprene-(SBR-CR) material providing 4mm thick insulation for your bottle, along with good protection being moisture-proof, shock-proof, dirt-proof, wearing resistant, acid & alkali resistant and anti-scar.

PRINTING OPTIONS

ECOtanka offers two main forms of printing, both using non-toxic paint with extra hardener for durability.
Logo printing: Custom Logo print. Up to 4 colours.
Full cover printing: Full cover pattern or photo printing with custom design, multiple colours.

What's happening to your plastic rubbish?

Very little of our plastic is being recycled and the plastic that is recycled is still ending up as rubbish not long after its new life. We are at the point where the plastic rubbish has broken down into microplastic particles and has entered our food chain, water supply and the air we breath. We are now eating and drinking our own plastic rubbish!

Once plastic is made it never really goes away, it just gets smaller and smaller. Recycling of plastic does not seem to be the answer, once the plastic is made into another product it is most likely going to end up in landfills, it is just a matter of time.

The thermoTANKA 1200ml double wall vacuum bottle is a slightly wider design (98mm wide) measuring approximately 242mm from the bottom to the top of the bottle. This bottle is perfect for people that drink a lot of water throughout the day and need more than an 800ml but not as much as a 2000ml bottle. Along with volume, the 1200ml bottle fits all the standard lids of the other sizes below this size bottle. keeping your drink cold or hot longer.

ECOtanka thermoTANKA gives you a Pure Clean Fresh drink every single time.

The vacuum properties of the thermoTANKA can keep your drink hot form 7.5-10+ hours, cold for 7-8+ hours and ICE for up to 65 hours depending on lid type.
NOTE: temperatures may vary due to lid types, outside conditions and the number of times you remove the lid.
thermoTANKA fits all of the standard ECOtanka lids (except the megaTANKA lids).

ECOtanka designed the thermoTANKA in 2008 and made the first bottle in 2009. Since then everyone liked the design and copied it, you can now see our design everywhere!! The thermoTANKA was originally designed to keep drinks colder longer due to the insulation function of the vacuum, but people like it so much they now keep your drink hot. One bottle for summer and winter!

Logo Printing Types

Black laser printing: Laser printed to stainless steel finish only, etches the logo in a black/dark brown colour on the bottle that will never come off.

White laser printing: Laser printed information to the bottom of the bottle. This is to provide you with the material of the bottle and a number for us to know production details.

ECOtanka values quality and safety. In order to make sure that our products are 100% safe and long-lasting, we test all of our material parts that come in contact with liquid or food. Material testing is done in stages with the first major test completed by a certified independent testing lab, this is completed every 4-5 years. The second test is completed by the wholesale supplier of the raw material or the main production factory a certified independent testing lab. The third test is carried out by our own team using a number of methods as follows:

1. A stainless steel liquid colour test to confirm the stainless steel type.
2. A spectrometer test which takes an analysis of the material makeup to verify its quality.

The materials we test are as follows:
- Stainless Steel for Bottle material
- Silicone for Seal material
- PP for Plastic Lid material
- Stainless Steel for Lid material
Our testings are mostly as per EU standards. From time to time, we carry out FDA testing as well. As testing samples, we provide one product type for each material category.

Care Instructions:

ECOtanka bottles are very easy to care for: simply wash and rinse well the same as for your dishes. Alternatively, baking soda and warm water can be used to cleanse and freshen your bottle. They may be sterilised with boiling water. Do not place in the freezer.
We do not recommend washing any stainless steel bottle in your dishwasher. For more detailed care instructions, please click here.

Summer Tip:

To make a drink that stays cool for hours in summer, simply fill your bottle with ice cubes, top with water. All ECOtanka bottles have a special wide mouth, allowing ice cubes to be used for an instant cold drink. Please do not place your ECOtanka 1200ml thermo bottle in the fridge or freezer it will not work.

Custom printing conditions

Below is a small list of standard conditions that must be met and agreed upon before we can custom logo/text print your logo/text on to our products. All printing will be printed to the highest possible standard.

The minimum product purchase quantity must be met for printing your logo/text onto our products.
Each product item has a set printable area for your logo/text. In most cases, your logo/text will fit the printing area, however, if it does not fit the printing area changes and charges may apply.
Full payment is required before any laser logo/text printing can commence.
Once your logo has been printed on our product to your approved logo/text printing file the product cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Grail 350ml Wine Cup

Grail 350ml Double Walled Cup

ECOtanka Grail Cup 350ml has been designed and moulded to the shape of a wine glass, which makes this a comfortable style cup to hold. The inside layer follows the design of a wine glass with its curved oval shape bottom, unlike other similar products.

Our advanced food-grade ceramic coating on the inside of the Grail adds to your drinking pleasure and allows you to keep the taste and quality of your wine. Adding wine to any stainless steel finish can affect the taste and in some cases can completely change the quality and flavour.

The ECOtanka Grail is double walled is made of 304 stainless steel on the outside and inside.

The ECOtanka Grail is suitable for most drinks both hot and cold due to is double wall design and ceramic coating giving it vacuum like properties. This cup is ideal around the pool, camping, travelling, for a special occasion and is dishwasher safe.

The Grail inner coating has been tested for BPA, BPS and other chemicals from an independent testing lab, see below for the test report.

Bamboo & 304 Stainless Steel Lid

ECOtanka bamboo lid has been designed and made to fit the Grail 350ml cup. This lid is made from sustainable bamboo, 304 18/8 stainless steel with a German quality silicone seal.

The bamboo lid is ideal for keeping insects and other air bound particles out of your wine or any other drinks in the hot climates, it also blocks the light so it will keep your drink fresher and cooler for longer. The lid is designed to complement the cup and is not designed as an airtight, spill-proof lid.

Due to the bamboo, it is recommended for cleaning purposes you hand wash and dry quickly.

Inner Ceramic Coating

The ECOtanka Grail 350ml Stainless Steel Cup has been coated on the inside with an advanced food-grade ceramic coating that has been fully tested. The Ceramic Coating adds a lot of extra benefits to the cup, with one standout benefit being the ability to have red wine in a stainless steel cup without losing the flavour and quality. The inner coating also stops the heat transfer going to the outside layer which allows the cup to be used with hot drinks.

Custom Logo Printing

Custom laser logo printing is available for the ECOtanka Grail to have your business logo printed on the cup or to personalise for a special event. Your laser printing on the cup would be either a laser "white" or "black" and this will never come off.

ECOtanka values quality. In order to make sure that our products are 100% safe for you to use and long-lasting, we carry out a material test every 5 years by an independent third-party lab. All parts of ECOtanka products that come in contact with your liquid or food are tested.

The materials we test are as follows:
- Stainless Steel for Cup material
- Inner Ceramic Coating Paint

Our testings are mostly as per EU standards. From time to time, we carry out FDA testing as well. As testing samples, we provide one product type for each material category.

All material batch orders are tested within the factory and all individual orders are self-tested by our own team in China using two methods as follows:

1. A stainless steel liquid colour test to confirm the stainless steel type.
2. A spectrometer test which takes an analysis of the material makeup to verify its quality.
